    Great tips in this video. Like many things in a business, becoming reliable is sometimes easier said than done. One of the biggest problems has to do with over-promising, I think. Many business owners may make promises about their ability to provide products and services that are beyond their ability to deliver upon. They are so eager to get business in the door that they forget failing to do what they have promised will damage their brand.

    You are so right…Small Business Owners are eager to please and they often over promise…but…sometimes, they promise to get back to someone, and can’t even deliver on something that simple. I believe it’s a lack of discipline and lack of effective systems…but…that’s a whole new episode right?
