Isabelle,
You are so right Lady! Reset is a great way to describe it. It's when you need to ignore the other 'stuff' and when I want to try to focus on on small stir inside me that I am passionate about - I know this because it's the first thing that pops into my mind before I open my eyes in the morning - a little, tiny dot of an idea that's been brewing and I can make it come to life!

Thanks Kevin for taking the time to read us and most importantly, for sharing your thoughts. I know how busy you are so I am honored to get comment from Coach Kevin. I am learning a ton and totally walking my talk and it feels awesome. And yes, I am enjoying my new reality very much.

Great thoughts Isabelle. It is amazing how easily we get caught up in the currents and forget where we were heading in the first place.

For me, my best reset is when I have time to sit and clarify my thoughts on paper (often during a flight somewhere). Taking that time gives me great insight and I always make decisions to make things more consistent with what is important to me.

The real challenge for me is having that time to think so I can make the decisions!

Enjoy your new and improved reality.

Rocking great read vis-a-vis the article on “Need the Reset Button.”

How are you guys? Sounds like you are flying and presently assessing your flight path(s).

Every time I am over in Vancouver I kick myself for not setting something up so that we get to see each other again.

Shelley has made me promised to stay with her next time I am in town. When I do that, let’s all of us reconnect. Yes?

Cheers,
Su G.

Hello Roger, It is to great to hear from you. Would LOVE to have Coffee or Lunch to catch up...I am away next week but would love for you to touch base with me around mid-November...and YES, sometimes, hitting the reset button is crucial to allow for more effortless growth.

See you sometimes in November,
Isabelle
